Finding fitness, Finding HEALTH
When I started this blog was I hoping it would help me get back to my training and work towards a fitter healthier me. So far I am still heavy and overweight. I’m also struggling with my motivation to make a significant change that it going to beak through this plateau.
I had lost weight when I was focusing on meal prep, exercising, and water intake. Lately I’ve been sliding. Some of that is due to current happenings in life, and some due to emotions.
But now it’s time to get back into it.
I mean… I just bought a larger set of clothes for my Australia trip. 😒🙈😭 I guess technically they weren’t larger, but the swim suit was. Cue the body shaming.
But here’s the thing. I’m tired of body shaming myself. I’m also just not up for home workouts, or gyms. I need to find my motivation to get healthy again. So here’s to taking it one day, meal, and workout at a time. Here’s to hoping I find myself, health and fitness along the way.
